About The Role:
\nThe Crowd are busy and growing, and are looking for an Interior Design Recruitment Specialist / Consultant to join our New York team and focus on placing interior designers within the US architecture and interior design space. You’ll be immersed in the world of interiors and the wider design space, partnering with some of most exciting and influential design studios in the US to help them build their teams. You’ll be a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, developing relationships and becoming ingrained in the industry.
\n \nWe’re open to people at all levels and experience – all we ask is that you’re passionate about the design industry, enjoy talking to people and building relationships, and have some form of interior design knowledge or experience in the US – we will teach you the rest!
\n \nThis is a people-focused and rewarding role, centred on building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll work with leading design studios, recruit across a wide range of roles and levels, and support people every step of the way through the recruitment process.
\n \nThe Crowd is a forward-thinking, ambitious agency where people are at the heart of what we do. We focus on quality, not quantity, and take a highly consultative, relationship-led approach to our work. We’re approachable, genuine and hardworking, while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with being part of a dynamic, growing business. We offer a competitive package with excellent benefits and are based in a lovely, vibrant office (we may be biased, but we really are a lovely team who support and look out for each other!).
\n \nYou’ll work closely with the existing team, with scope to grow and shape the role, making a meaningful contribution to the business and having great fun along the way! In addition to a friendly, supportive, and social team, we offer a strong remuneration package, flexible/hybrid working, enhanced PTO, a shorter working week, significant annual bonuses and lots more!
\n \nIf you love talking to people, love interior design, and want to have ownership of your earnings, we want to hear from you!
