Sales Manager – Luxury Hot Tub & Spa

Location: Breckenridge, CO or surrounding area

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales and customer experience for a premier luxury hot tub and spa company serving the Breckenridge and surrounding mountain communities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales leader who understands the luxury customer, enjoys building relationships, and can lead a team while driving strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

• Drive sales growth through strong customer relationships and a high-touch sales approach
\n
• Oversee the full sales process from initial customer interaction through closing and delivery
\n
• Create a premium, consultative customer experience that reflects the company’s luxury brand
\n
• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and local marketing initiatives
\n
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates
\n
• Recruit, train, and develop sales associates
\n
• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, property managers, and other local partners
\n
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, features, pricing, and the competitive landscape
\n
• Ensure the showroom and sales environment consistently reflects a high-end luxury experience
\n
• Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
\n
• Identify opportunities to grow the business throughout the local and second-home market
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience
\n
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
\n
• Experience in luxury retail, high-end home products, automotive, real estate, hospitality, or a related industry preferred
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
\n
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
\n
• Comfortable working with affluent customers and high-value purchases
\n
• Strong business and financial acumen
\n
• Ability to coach and develop a team while also being hands-on in the sales process
\n
• Professional presence and excellent customer service skills
\n
• Ability to work in a seasonal, tourism-driven market
\n
