TELEPHONE RECRUITER / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
How many hours would you like to work this week?
Talk about flexibility! In this part-time position, you tell us how many hours you want to work each week and that’s how many we’ll assign you! You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home or alongside your peers at our Mahwah, NJ office. We also provide ongoing training, quarterly bonuses and paid time off…even a 401(k)!
If that sounds good, it’s because it is good, but of course we have a few expectations, too. First, all work must be performed Monday-Friday. No evenings or weekends. Second, while working from home is available, you must train in Mahwah, Monday-Thursday, 10am-2pm for your first three weeks. Finally, while we welcome those who want significant hours (we’ll even consider full time), we must limit you to 16 hours per week for the first month until you get the hang of things.
The work itself is interesting and rewarding – but also kind of hard. You’ll need a professional telephone manner, genuine powers of persuasion and sufficient focus to maintain your call volume, as you present career opportunities to experienced financial advisors. You’ll also need solid Account Management skills because your clients will be the Managing Directors and Recruiting Managers at America’s most prestigious financial institutions. Strong computer skills are a must!
If you’re responsible, reliable, and self-motivated, we offer a starting wage of $25-$33 per hour, with the upper range reserved for those with specific experience recruiting financial advisors.
