Sales & Marketing Assistant

Water City Blaze connects service-based companies across Florida with their ideal customers through in-person marketing campaigns. Right now, we’re helping customers across Tampa find the right mobile phones, wireless plans, and connectivity solutions. We do it face to face at entertainment venues, sports arenas, big box retail stores, and travel hubs.

We’re hiring a Wireless Sales & Marketing Assistant to be the friendly, knowledgeable face of these campaigns. You’ll show customers the latest devices, help them find plans that actually suit them, and get them set up on the spot. No degree or experience required. Our structured training gets you up to speed fast.

What You’ll Do

• Represent leading wireless and connectivity brands at high-traffic venues across Tampa
• Demo the latest phones, connected devices, and high-speed internet options
• Ask the right questions to understand what each customer needs, then recommend the best fit
• Help customers sign up and set up their new accounts
• Support in-person marketing campaigns that build brand awareness across the city
• Work with your team toward daily sales and campaign goals
• Take part in daily coaching, workshops, and development sessions

• Bring a positive, resilient attitude
• Have retail, wireless, electronics, hospitality, or customer service experience (a plus, but not required)
